Dubai buyers search for building names far more than for market topics, and the pages that rank for those names are thin on prices. We hold 623,144 unit-level sales and more than 200,000 live listings, and we plan one price page for each building and community: sold prices by unit, asking prices, rents and yield, with the answer in plain text at the top. Propsearch shows that this works: a small team with one facts page per building earns about 2.2 million search visits a month in the UAE. Two test pages are built and score level with the best rival page.
